Contract, billing and pricing

This article explains the fees and contract and billing terms for the HubSpot - Severa integration

Unless otherwise agreed in a customer-specific service agreement:

  • The maintenance fee for the HubSpot - Severa integration is €200 per month, VAT 0%.
  • The contract and billing period is 12 months, starting from the next full month.
  • Monthly fees for the contract period are invoiced in advance, one billing period at a time, at the start of the billing period.
  • All prices are subject to the applicable VAT at the time of invoicing.
  • The payment term is eight (8) days from the invoice date.
  • The agreement is valid until further notice, one contract period at a time, until terminated.
  • The customer must send a written termination notice no later than thirty (30) days before the end of the current contract period.
