13.5.2026 Error Messages to Severa, Bug Fixes

In this release, error message fields were added to Severa for accounts, contacts, and projects. In addition, several error scenarios were fixed.

  • Error message fields in Severa

    • New fields have been created for accounts, contacts, and projects, allowing users to see the reason why data was not transferred to HubSpot in case of an error.

    • Corresponding fields have already previously existed in HubSpot.

    • For existing integration customers, the fields were automatically created in Severa.

  • Bug fixes

    • The integration crashed unexpectedly in a situation where the project currency was not found in HubSpot. An error is now stored on the project indicating the missing currency. The same error handling has also been implemented in the opposite direction, from HubSpot to Severa.

    • The integration crashed unexpectedly when updating a date-type field in HubSpot. Date handling has now been fixed.

    • The integration crashed unexpectedly in a situation where a Severa project GUID had been manually entered into the HubSpot deal ID field of a Severa project. The integration now clears values from the field that are not valid HubSpot IDs and correctly links the data.
