Fixes to pipeline handling

• The integration could previously assign an incorrect pipeline to a HubSpot deal in cases where the pipeline was not properly linked to the Severa project custom field during the integration setup. As a result, the integration created a sales case/project in Severa without pipeline information. When the data was later synced back to HubSpot, a deal stage with the same name from a different pipeline could be found, and the first matching stage name was incorrectly selected, resulting in the deal being assigned to the wrong pipeline.

• Pipeline mappings for existing integration customers have now been corrected. The incomplete mappings were caused by a previous issue in the integration, as well as the fact that the integration did not previously create missing mappings automatically. This has now been fixed.

• In addition, a validation has been added to the integration when syncing data from Severa to HubSpot to ensure that a deal stage belonging to pipelines excluded in the integration settings is never selected.
