How does the integration work when there is one contact in HubSpot but multiple contacts with the same email address in Severa?

The integration treats all Severa contacts with the same email address as the same person.

As a result:

  • all matching Severa contacts are updated
  • they are linked to the same HubSpot contact
  • the HubSpot contact is associated with all related Severa companies

A HubSpot contact is marked as inactive only after all related Severa contacts have been inactivated.
