Where is HubSpot–Severa integration data stored and how is security handled?

Does the HubSpot–Severa integration store customer data in third‑party databases, and how is data security handled?

The HubSpot–Severa integration runs in Askele Oy’s Azure environment in the West EU region. The integration does not permanently store customer or business data in any third‑party databases.

The integration stores:

  • Technical configuration data, such as record ids from HubSpot and Severa (e.g. pipeline ids, sales stage ids, activity type GUIDs)
  • Log data, with a retention period of 30–90 days depending on log type
  • API credentials and access tokens are securely stored in Azure Key Vault and public network access is blocked to these resources
