With Askele Insights Profit, you can monitor the margin and margin forecast in real time, even for projects in progress. The margin reporting can be monitored directly from Severa.
With the Askele Insights Profit, margin reporting can be imported into Severa reports and dashboards, and can also be sent by email, on a scheduled basis, to project managers. For project managers, the report consists of their own responsible projects and, for example, for business managers, the margin forecasts for projects in their own area.
Ensure and improve profitability
The app reminds managers of incomplete or incorrect information related to sales and project maintenance. It is possible to select the most relevant reminders, for example when
- projects have incomplete source data
- Hourly estimates for projects or work phases are missing or in danger of being exceeded
- projects or work phases lack or threaten to lack resources
- deadlines are approaching or have been exceeded
- billing forecast missing or end-of-month billing does not match forecast
There are dozens of different analyses and reports that a company can choose to use in connection with Visma Severa.
Minimise risks and surprises
The app sends an automatic reminder when there are any gaps or errors. The email contains a summarised alert list of issues or data fields that the user should pay attention to. The message quickly reveals
- a clear list of errors or gaps that should be corrected or noted
- quick links to projects, making it quick and easy to fix
- quick links to company manuals on how to do the thing in question
Reminders make it easy to exclude the desired work and/or project types.
Reminders are only sent when and for the projects that the responsible person should be aware of.

Follow the margin forecast by project
Askele Insights Profit allows you to monitor project margin forecasts in real time directly from Severa. The app retrieves daily, real-time costs per project and combines them with the cost forecast generated by project resourcing and other future costs.
Assist project managers and management in their work
Reporting can be imported into Severa reports and desktops, and can also be emailed, on a scheduled basis, to project managers. For project managers, the report consists of their own accountable projects. For business managers, the report contains projected margins for projects in their own area.
Ensure the correctness of the output data and data alerts according to the workflow
In Askele Insights Profit, you can choose which data from sales and order projects is analysed on a company-specific basis. Alerts are triggered based on, for example, sales or project status. The application also offers several ways to exclude projects that do not need to be analysed. This makes the process more efficient and reduces the number of unnecessary reminders.
Immediate and significant help for project managers
Reliable business reporting is the cornerstone of business management. Reminders can also be switched on for unit managers, allowing them to regularly check that their own area of responsibility and forecasts are on track. The remote workshop will map out the company’s processes for sales and project management and go through what and how to analyse the data.
The information identified in the workshop will be used to create a technical implementation document describing how the Askele Insights application works for the company.
