With the Askele Insights Profit app, you can monitor margins and margin forecasts in real time—even for ongoing projects.
Margin reporting is available directly in Severa. The Profit app enables margin reports to be added to Severa dashboards and reports, and they can also be scheduled for email delivery.


Real-time margin is calculated based on project resourcing.

Onboarding

Remote Workshop Overview

In the remote workshop, we will review how real-time margin is calculated and for which projects. At the same time, necessary dashboard views will be created to monitor margins.

Based on the information defined in the workshop, a document will be prepared for the technical implementation, describing how the Askele Insights application operates within the company.

Implementation includes:

  • 2-hour remote workshop: Project Profitability

  • Technical setup of the service

  • Monitoring and quality assurance of the implementation

  • Possible adjustments to the specifications

  • Staff training

  • Documentation

The workshop duration is an estimate. Billing will be done in advance.
